A booking is only considered confirmed once you have received a confirmation from Decor By Hannahs. We reserve the right to require a deposit for certain bookings to secure your date and materials.

3. Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the proximity to the event date and any custom materials already prepared.
