When you create an account or request a booking, we may collect your name, email address, mobile number, event type, selected services, event date and time, service address, and notes you choose to provide.

If you choose to sign in with Google, Google may share basic account information with us, such as your name, email address, email verification status, and profile image. We use that information only to create or access your Decor By Hannahs account.

The website may also process technical information such as session cookies, authentication records, device or browser details, IP address information, and basic request logs needed to operate and protect the service.

How We Use Information

We use personal information to create and manage accounts, respond to booking requests, plan and deliver event decoration services, send booking emails, manage booking statuses, maintain website security, and meet business record requirements.

How Information Is Protected

Booking details are encrypted by the application before they are stored in the database. Data sent through the public website is protected in transit using HTTPS/TLS where the site is configured through Cloudflare and the browser shows a secure connection.

Access to booking administration is limited to approved admin accounts. No method of storage or transmission is perfect, but we use practical safeguards designed for the size and purpose of this website.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

We only share information with third-party service providers where it is necessary to operate the website and deliver our services. These providers are described below.

Service Providers

We may use service providers to run the website, route traffic, host infrastructure, store database records, and authenticate accounts. Google may process information when you choose Google sign-in. Email is sent through Proton Mail using a custom Decor By Hannahs domain, where stored mailbox content is protected by Proton Mail's zero-access encryption. These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services.

Account Deletion And Retention

You can delete your account from your profile page. Account deletion removes your sign-in records and deletes booking requests that are not confirmed or completed. Confirmed and completed bookings may be retained as business records so Decor By Hannahs can honour accepted bookings, manage completed work, resolve disputes, and meet record-keeping needs.

Your Choices

If you do not wish to create an account, you can always call us directly or submit your booking information to us via email. If you do not wish to use Google sign-in, you may use email and password sign-in instead. You may also contact Decor By Hannahs to ask about access, correction, or deletion of personal information.
